940 E. Haverford Road Suite 202 Bryn Mawr 19010
CNS is located in Bryn Mawr, a Main Line suburb west of Philadelphia located in Montgomery County and within the Lower Merion School District. The office is easily accessible by major highways (I-476; Route 30/Lancaster Avenue) as well as public transportation – the Bryn Mawr SEPTA stop and bus line are within a half a mile. The office is wheelchair accessible and has elevator access to the 2nd floor location.
I am out-of-network with insurance companies and do not process insurance claims directly. However, CNS is an insurance-friendly practice. I will provide all necessary paperwork so you can file a claim with your insurance company if you choose. See FAQ regarding insurance for more information.
**UPDATED WITH FEES FOR 2024**
Fees vary based on the service. I will never include ‘hidden fees.’
I communicate with other providers (psychologists, physicians) as well as schools as part of my evaluations at no cost to you. School observations and attendance at school meetings is offered at the hourly rate of $300/hour. Travel time may also apply. Additionally, each evaluation includes one 60-minute feedback session. Feedback sessions beyond this either with your child or subsequent feedback sessions with the patient or parent are billed at the $300 hourly rate.
Payment for the initial 50-minute consultation ($250 for therapy; $300 for evaluations) is due before the scheduled appointment. The remaining balance is billed at testing. You can by cash or check. Credit cards are also accepted. Importantly, you can use the pre-tax dollars in your Health Savings or Flexible Spending Account (HSA/FSA). If cost is a barrier, I also offer lower cost options or payment plans for families in need. Just ask.
Consultation – I offer:
1. Professional Consultation to organizations or clinicians seeking input from a neuropsychologist. 2. Family Consultation and Document Review which could involve review of evaluation reports, educational plans (IEPs, 504 Plans) or relevant medical or psychological records. The goal is to provide guidance and recommendations for next steps. The rate is $300/hour.
